“No intervention that takes power away from the survivor can possibly foster her/his recovery, no matter how much it appears to be in her/his own best interests.”
— Judith Herman (1992) Trauma & Recovery

TCTSY brings the body into treatment through safety, invitations, choice, cultivating opportunities for present moment somatic awareness, & possibilities to notice and experience your body at your own pace and tempo.
